The purpose of Oak Bend Review...
First and foremost, we want to promote "The Arts", both internationally and locally, and to produce an innovative literary journal, which seeks to merge the academic and underground writing communities.
Our target audience stretches far and wide. The more people we can reach, touch, and entice, the more we meet our goals.
I should add that Oak Bend Review will accomplish these goals without cheap gimmicks, shock for the sake of shock value, and political propaganda.
